Approximately how long has it been since you joined the SavageMS community?
I first started playing SavageMs on 7/30/12, so I have been playing for around 2 ½ weeks.

How would you catch hackers?:
I will check with the command !cheaters (if it works here), if not I will surf on each channel in hide and check around to see if anyone is hacking. I will take screen shots or take fraps for evidence so, if the player does argue and asks for proof, I can show them the proof.
How would you handle two players/game masters fighting?:
If it is a GM against another GM, I would make sure that they are in a GM map or some place where it wouldn't disrupt players from their game. I would try my best to listen to both stories and see who was right and who was wrong but, if they are still fighting I would try to contact another GM to come and help me figure out a solution to end this problem. If it was a player against another player, I would observe it for a little and see if the problem was fixed. But, if the problem still isn't solved I would warp them to the jail map so they wouldn't be able to leave until the solution to the problem is fixed. I would listen to both stories first and if both stories are different I would ask the players if there was any witnesses that may have seen or heard what had really happened. I would ask the player who had witnessed it tell me what had happened and I would try to find a solution to the problem.
Have you read the game master rules?:
I have read the GM rules. I will do my best to follow each rule and not go against any of the rules so we can have a good community. I will not do favoritism to any of the players, I also will make sure that everyone is equal and not treated unfairly. I will make sure that the players are not disrespecting each other. Also, I will definitely not abuse my powers. I will not let people who think they are inferior, play with my emotions as a GM because I know that people always try to make new GMs feel down and lose their hopes.I will also not let my feelings get in the way of my job as a GM.
Have you have experience in the game master field(If so show proof):
Yes I have experienced in the game master field.

Additional information about you:
I am half Vietnamese and half Chinese, I barely know any Vietnamese, I do know some Chinese but I would only understand in english format. (ex: Dohr Tse [Thank you]) I do chores at home and I do go out and hangout with friends sometimes. You guys can call me Joanne or Jojo for short. I like talking with new people and I also like making new friends.
